About Marc Hoffmann
Marc has participated in over 300 real estate transactions, coached over 3500 real estate investors and spoken to investor groups as large as 5000 as he shares his unique ability of teaching complex topics in a simple, clear, and easy to follow fashion.
As a real estate entrepreneur, Marc’s niche is the single-family home investment space. As markets evolve so has Marc’s focus whether it’s the buy-fix-flip space, buy-fix-rent, short sales, land, options, private lending or the short-term rental/Airbnb market.
Throughout his career he’s raised more than 52 million dollars in private venture capital through syndication and the use of a private equity fund. As a result of all of these experiences, Marc has made a full-time living in the real estate business as a Real Estate Entrepreneur since 1998.
If he’s not working, Marc is oftentimes spending time outdoors enjoying the hobby of the month. In the summer, he spends time on Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota fishing or boating. Marc loves to hunt in the fall with his 2 black labs and is often found in North or South Dakota in November and December.
